I'm flirting with the idea of changing or revamping my major to art (from envr sci)! So we will see what happens with that in the coming months.
I started a new job yesterday, I now work at the Mast General Store in Asheville. Its a cool job with some fun people, and I'm glad to have a job finally for the summer!
We went to carowinds this weekend, great fun! I love the bourge and top gun, I hadn't been on a roller coaster in a few years so it was fun to get back to it! Man those places are expensive though, 3.50 for a bottle of water, fur real!? I am proud to say I only spent 7 bucks on top of admission, I think thats sufficiently beats the system ya know and still get the feel of eating fair food and ridding rides!
So me and my roommates like trying new beers, branching out and finding the best of the best! The only problem being that our standards seem to be getting too high and we generally just become frustrated and revert back to the good ole stuff...Green Man ESB and Gold....man that stuff is good! If your coming to or going through Asheville you must visit Jack Of The Wood or Dirty Jacks some of the best local micro-brewed beer around!
We have however found a really great brown ale worth the extra dough (since its from Colorado) Left Hand's Deep Cover Brown Ale! I highly recommend it! While I'm on the topic of beer, if you like pilsner/amber ale's you should defiantly give Moosehead a try, its available at some grocery stores like Harris Teeter! Also a very good choice is Lost Coast's Alleycat Amber Ale!
ok enough about beer, time to PAINT!
